TikToker Wolfie Kahletti arrested for spraying pesticide on Walmart produce

Charles Smith, a 27-year-old TikTok influencer known as Wolfie Kahletti, was arrested on December 21 after spraying pesticide on food items at a Walmart in Mesa, Arizona.  Smith, who has over 345,000 followers on TikTok, filmed the incident on December 19, where he allegedly stole a can of Hot Shot Ultra Bed Bug & Flea Killer and sprayed it across fresh produce, including fruits, vegetables, and rotisserie chickens. The video, which Smith posted to his TikTok account, quickly garnered attention before being deleted. Following negative online feedback, Smith returned to the Walmart to collect the tainted items. Court documents state that he was motivated to retrieve the items after seeing comments criticizing his actions. Mesa police identified Smith as the suspect and he turned himself in voluntarily. During questioning, Smith admitted to both the theft of the pesticide and the spraying incident. As a result, he is facing four felony charges: introducing poison, criminal damage, endangerment, and theft. The Mesa Police Department issued a statement underscoring the dangers of such pranks, which can have serious consequences. Smith, who regularly posts pranks under the alias “supreme villain” on TikTok, faces significant legal repercussions for his reckless actions.
