Despite Trudeau’s departure, Rogan remains critical of new Prime Minister Mark Carney, calling him “more of the same.” During the podcast, cohost Brendan Schaub supported Rogan’s decision, urging him to “discipline” Canada by maintaining his boycott. Rogan joked that he would “rather go to Russia” than travel north of the border. Rogan’s stance stems from his criticism of Canada’s policies, including free speech laws and government actions during the 2022 trucker protests.
