After nearly a decade apart, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom came face-to-face in an emotional reunion on the season six premiere of The Kardashians. The meeting, which aired on February 6, 2025, marked their first encounter since their 2016 divorce—but Lamar’s words quickly sparked conversation. During their reunion, Khloe returned some of Lamar’s belongings that she had kept for years. In response, Lamar affectionately referred to her as his “wife”, saying: "My wife is the s--t." Khloe, however, brushed off the comment with a laugh, responding, "OK. Calm down." In a confessional, Khloe admitted she felt emotionally detached from the moment, explaining: "I don’t have a lot of emotions for this meeting. I dealt with so much trauma in this relationship. He was the love of my life, but learning how to unlove someone was like a death." She also acknowledged that Lamar's words held no meaning for her anymore, saying: "Words are empty." As the reunion continued, Lamar expressed remorse, acknowledging the pain he caused Khloe: "I took you through a lot. I love you for trying your hardest with me. That love will never go away." Khloe, however, emphasized that she no longer recognized Lamar as the person she once loved, calling their meeting a “mindf--k.” The last time Khloe and Lamar saw each other was in 2016, following his near-fatal overdose at a Las Vegas brothel. At the time, Khloe tried to help him recover but ultimately ended their relationship when he continued making self-destructive choices.
