Saudi FM calls on PM Shehbaz

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud on Sunday called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif following a ministerial quadrilateral meeting in Islamabad, Prime Minister’s Office said.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, and National Security Adviser and Director-General Inter-Services Intelligence Asim Malik were also participating in the meeting, the PMO said.

On his arrival, the Saudi foreign minister was received by Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Syed Tariq Fatemi.

“PM Shehbaz accorded a warm welcome to the visiting dignitary at his office,” PMO said, adding that a meeting between the prime minister and the Saudi foreign minister was currently underway.
